Most models are available in left and right hand construction, fitted with fixed, half-standing, full-sliding or roller top tables. EFFICIENT OPERATION
High blade running speeds result in cleaner cuts without bone chips or splinters. Our blade guidance system and 'turn-to-stop' automatic blade tensioning allows the use of thinner saw blades producing higher cutting yields. Blade changes are faster, without the need for removal of table-tops or guides.
HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION
Precision castings form the main frame of every AEW Delford Systems bandsaw. All doors, tables and structural components are made from heavy gauge, high quality stainless steels. Drive wheels are precision machined, nickel plated and balanced to ensure quiet, vibration free running on high quality bearings, and driven by powerful TEFC motors.
HYGIENE
Their unique main frame construction provides an easby to clean, flat plate frame. The top wheel, tensioner assembly, blade guides and scrapers are all easily removed and replaced in a matter of minutes.
ENHANCED SAFETY
Eye level controls, safety switches on top and bottom door guards, integral automatic drive motor brakes, and foot operated emergency stop switches increase safety and low vibration levels significantly reduce operator fatigue.

Benefits
These machines have a unique paddle design for homogenous mixing. They are extremely robust and all have tiltable hoppers for discharging. Larger models have hydraulic tipping in to 200 litre tote bins which makes the emptying process quick and easy.

Sausage Fillers
Designed for the UK market with heaby-duty motors and pumps. Available in 3 sizes 12, 20, 30 and the new 55 litre with a variety of optional extras.
Benefits
These machines are constructed out of stainless steel with aluminium lids and pistons. They come equipped with an independent oil tank and have a knee level operation which when released automatically releases the piston decompression. The machines have a single knob speed control piston tool and removal kit.
Mainca EM-30
The Mainca fillers have uniquely engineered hydraulic circuitry, optimised to give maximum pressure without the need to employ large HP motors, thus greatly reducing energy use but still achieving the power required to fill rusk based sausages.
Constructed from stainless steel with the lid and piston in aluminum these fillers have been adapted for used in the UK market where rusk is added to sausage mix, which requires a greater pressure to extrude.

Beelonia machines are German built and are manufactured from stainless steel and are very economically priced to suit start up applications for the professional butcher/farmer.
Constructed in a double sheet stainless steel case and a thick insulation layer, Beelonia smokers guarantee an even smoke. This is achieved by the regulation of fresh and used air and the double insulated stainless steel case, which ensures that the heat and smoke flow vertically. Shelves and hooks are available to either hang or smoke produce flat.
Benefits
Economical and compact providing a low cost smoking solution with hygienic quality results. Wood only, or electric or propane heating options. A sand tray is provided to prevent fatty drips getting into the firebox. Automatic temperature control on some models.
Beelonia - F11 70/60Stainless construction. Double skin insulated. This model can be operated both with wood, and with propane (8KW) or electrically (2.5KW). The heating thrusts can be exchanged in seconds. It offers 4 shelf positions for approx 65-80 fish or approx 50-65 kg meat.
Beelonia - F6
Stainless steel construction, double skin insulated, digital control and guide plates for smoke distribution, this model offers to highest operating and working standard with traditional smoking and ascending smoke. The compact construction needs only little small operational area and offers external smoke generator distinguish this versatile equipment, which economically high-quality commodity makes possible to produce. This model can be operated both with wood, gas (20.9KW) or electrically (11.6KW). It offers 9 shelf positions for approx 340-360 fish or approx 220-230 kg meat.
