House Clearance
Clearing homes can be a very difficult, labour intensive, stressful and time consuming. We will therefore endeavour to make this necessity as hassle-free for you as possible.
Properties are always vacuumed throughout as standard and totally cleared for vacant possession or sale, however if a more thorough clean is required, this can be provided as well. We will remove everything requested such as carpets, cookers, washing machines, fixtures and fittings, all clutter and unwanted furniture. We can also remove large or unusual items, such as a pianos, cars and motorbikes.
Cleaning
Also, as part of our clearance services, we can, if requested, clean the property/building for you - ideal if you are thinking of renting out your home, selling up or even revamping the office. Please note that the cleaning service is not available unless accompanied by a full building clearance.
We clean:-
- kitchens, ie kitchen units/sinks, cupboards, fixed/built in appliances and worktops
- windows and window sills
- carpets by vacuuming and/or vaxing, as necessary
- curtains, nets and blinds
- wallpaper
- fixtures and fittings
- doors, floors, skirting
- wooden surfaces
- ceramics and tiles, ie toilets, sinks, baths, shower units
If any of the fixtures and fittings, carpets, wallpaper, curtains and blinds are too damaged to be cleaned, we will advise you and either leave them in situ or remove them.
Garden Tidy
As part of a full or partial house clearance we will also tidy up and clear all rubbish and overgrown plants from the whole of the outside area of your house.
We tidy or remove:-
- bags of rubbish
- any dumped bits of junk/furniture
- broken paving stones
- overgrown bushes, hedges and tree branches by pruning them back
- rubbish from sheds, outbuilding and garages
- the lawn
- flower-beds and paths
- fallen leaves
- blocked gutters
- scrap metal
Commercial Clearance, including Offices, Shops and Hotels
Whether it’s a small one day job, or a big commercial clearance, we can clear anything you need to get rid of, including all electrical items and electronic equipment which are disposed of using Waste Electronic & Electrical Equipment (WEEE) disposal regulations - whether it be your old computer monitors, fax machines, photocopiers, printers, television or extension leads.
Also as part of our clearance service, if required, we can clean the premises, leaving it ready for decorating, refitting or re-letting.

If you’ve got large or small single or multiple items you want shifting, we’ll move it for you - there’s no job too small for our ‘Man with a Van’ service! We also collect.
Hiring Our Services
We will give you a free, no obligation written or emailed quote depending on the size of the property or building and the volume of items to be cleared/cleaned once we have inspected the property/premises in question.
Once you have decided to hire us, we will agree a suitable start date for the clearance to commence. If you are unable to be on site due to other commitments, we can arrange to pick keys up from your solicitor, neighbour or estate agent.
Recycling
We only use pro-recycling sites and send any re-saleable items to various charity shops around Pembrokeshire.
